PEYLAA sits on Pasak-Koktanod Road in Cherngtalay, in the heart of Bang Tao, Phuket’s second-longest beach. Bang Tao Beach is 1.9 km away, Boat Galleria is just 0.3 km away, and Villa Market at Boat Avenue is 1 km away. Laguna Golf Course is 3.8 km away.

Connectivity

Phuket International Airport is 17 km away, around 25 minutes by car. Bangkok Hospital Clinic Bangtao is 2.4 km away. International schools nearby include HeadStart (6.1 km), UWC Thailand (13 km), British International School (14 km) and QSI (19 km). Surin Beach is 6.6 km away and Kamala Beach is 9.1 km away.

Investor Appeal

Phuket welcomed 9.8 million international visitors in 2025, up from 7.0 million in 2023. Phuket’s international visitor numbers have grown by around 19% year-on-year, and Thailand’s long-term residency visas attract overseas buyers. Payment Plan

A reservation deposit of about $3,000 for a 1-bed, $6,000 for a 2-bed or $9,000 for a 3-bed secures your home. You then pay 25% on exchange, 10% on piling completion, 10% on structure completion and 10% on walls and floors completion, with the final 45% due on handover. The service charge is about $3.58 per sqm in year 1, $4.02 in year 2 and $4.41 from year 3, plus a one-time sinking fund of about $21 per sqm.
